Also known as Holy Thistle. Aids the digestive system by increasing the flow of gastric & bile secretions. Antibacterial – Helps heal wounds, cuts & sores. Historically used as a fortifying remedy for cases of exhaustion. Has a bitter taste.
CAUTION: Do Not Use if you are allergic to plants in the sunflower family.
