Linum Usitatissismum

Also known as Linseed.  An important source of essential fatty acids which shows great potential in battling hormonal ailments, heart disease & cancer.  Helps treat fertility problems and lowers risk of both ovarian & breast cancer.  May also protect against heart disease.  Has been shown to lower cholesterol and blood pressure.  Use as a laxative.

CAUTION: Do Not Use if you have an obstructed bowel.
