ROSE QUARTZ

Rose quartz is the stone of unconditional love and boundless peace. It is a wonderful stone for the heart center or chakra and brings deep inner healing and self-love. Rose quartz will draw negative energy away from you and your environment and replace this with loving energy. It heightens sensitivity and helps one to make changes in a graceful way. Rose quartz also transmutes emotional habits that no longer serve, internalized emotional pain and it comforts one in a period of grief. This stone promotes forgiveness of the self and others, self-acceptance and self-worth. Rose quartz is best positioned over the heart, thymus or in the relationship corner of the home. 

For physical healing rose quartz strengthens the circulatory system and releases toxins from the body fluids. It aids chest and lung challenges, kidneys and adrenals. Rose quartz soothes the skin and as an elixir assists in healing burns and blisters from burns.
